I think that at times people have to speak up and show their support. I think too often Richardson goes over board and needs to be pulled in line. This should not be done all the time by the same few. Richardson has just expressed his believe in numbers, we need numbers to impress him whether people approve or disapprove of his behaviour.

I firmly believe in _remaining silent is agreeing_ and remaining silent only gives support to Richardson.
