translation help please

I have a document in Hebrew that I would really appreciate someone
translating. It is one large page, very neatly written. I am unable to
reduce its size to 1MB, in order to upload it to Viewmate, without
rendering it illegible, but I can send it to any one willing to give a
1.57 MB .jpg a try.
