Hi Genners
Last week I emailed the list regarding the name Smierek and received no replies.
However I now believe that the name I am searching for is spelt Szmerek - a
seemingly much more popular spelling amongst Jewish populations.
Can anyone tell me anything of the etymology of this name - Szmerek.
Thanks
Ben
