Celia Male wrote on 27 aug 2008 in soc.genealogy.jewish:
One of the best on-line resources for genealogists in the[...]
Habsburg Empire is the Prague Conscriptions: [1850 - 1914]
COHEN Moses {dob 1822} - large family from Groningen, Holland:
Moses [Mozes Levij] was shown to be a "Pfotograf" in the scan
and that they came to Prague in 1875.
Cohen Moses (1822)
Cohen (Jakobs) Bertha (1821)
Cohen Heinrich (1852)
Cohen Luis (1854)
Cohen Salomon (1857)
Cohen Rosalia (1859)
Cohen Julie (1860)
did they leave again before 1882, when Julia [-e] married in Groningen?

The Dutch Genlias archive
<http://www.genlias.nl/>
has quite a lot to say about them:
[short Dutch language course included]
At Mozes and Betje's marriage in 1850,
that they were not born, as attested in Prague,
in Groningen, but he in Leiden [Leijden] and she in Blokzijl,
and that Mozes's trade was "Pettenmaker" [=Hatmaker]:
