NYC birth records 1925-1926 -- PEKARSKY

I am trying to find a birth record for a boy born in NYC around December
1925. I do not know the boy's given name only that his family name was
PEKARSKY (Pikarsky/Pecker).

Is there a way to do this kind of search without the boy's given name or the
names of the boy's parents? The entire story is very complicated and I have
omitted it for privacy reasons.
