My cousin told me HERSCHENFELD is a German name. I was unaware of this and so I
did some research. I could not find the name Herschenfeld (deer in field) in
Germany. My cousins's sister said that over the years, many Germans have
commented to her that Herschenfeld is a German name. Any one have any suggestions?
Thanks,
