Dear Robert,

I cannot help you with your request, however, I want to suggest
few corrections that may help you modify your post:

1. Usually, there are no surnames in the census.
You need to focus mainly on given names, town of origin, age,
year of immigration to Israel etc.

2. There are separate census for different cities.
If you can, focus your request to one (e.g. Jerusalem, Tzfat, Tveria...).

3. Also whithin a city, there are different lists for
the different Kolelim : "Ostreich" (for jews coming from the
Austro-Hugarian empire, Vohlin for Russia / Ukraine,
Warsaw for Poland, etc.. etc..

4. There are more than 2 censues. If I recall, there are
for 1839, 1855, 1866, 1875.

(I sent the mail to the entire list as I assume there may
be general interest in the subject).

Good Luck!
