I am preparing an article on prices and wages in Austria in the 1890s.
The documents I have state the prices and wages in either Gulden(fl)
or Kronen(k). I wish to convert those currencies to US dollars in the
same time period. Basically I seek references or inputs that will
tell me the relationship of a fl or k to US dollar in the 1890s so I
can compare Austrian prices and wages to US prices and wages during
that time period.
Please respond to me directly.
