A Google search implies that Izbica may be your Izbitz and is located in the Lublin
Gubernia. You can also go to http://www.jewishgen.org/ShtetlSeeker/ to search for
your town. Then, go to http://www.jri-poland.org and search for your family name,
within the Lublin Gubernia, using either LEHMAN spelling. Hopefully, you may find
some familiar names in Izbica. Then, go to http://www.yadvashem.org and also
search there for your ancestors, also using Lublin as the place. Once you feel that
you have found family, go http://www.jewishgen.org/gedcom/ and continue searching
for family. As you talk to family, ask them to send copies of their pictures and
documents to you so you can make your own interpretations.
