ViewMate translation: Yiddish letters

I've posted to ViewMate the front and back of a Yiddish letter written in the 1920s to my partner's grandmother Ethel MARCUS in Pittsburgh.

One side is a note from her sister Yocheved SEYFER and her father Maishe-Leib FRIEDLAND. The flip side is a note from her sister Chyene AMSTIBOFSKY. They were living in Lithuania, and the letter was probably written in either Kaunas or Ariogala.

I would really appreciate it if someone could translate the letter into English for me.
