Please update your e-mail listing.

You need to sub to this list with your new address, using the request
address (not the list or admin addresses). When you have confirmation
that your subscription is successful, which is done either via
clicking on a link to confirm or waiting for the admin to approve the
sub, depending on how the list is set up), you can then unsub from
your old address, again using the request address.

If you are unable to use the old address to unsub with, contact the
list admin at the admin address and it can be done manually.

The list is gatewayed to a newsgroup and having a full address in a
newsgroup post is not a good idea as it can easily be harvested for
spamming purposes.
