If you can't get the provider to export it into a GEDCOM format for you, there are some other possible options.

If you're planning to continue maintaining this data and have a recent Intel-based Mac, you *could* sully it with Boot Camp or one of the various virtualization programs and run Windows and FTM on it.

Or you might see if SKS who has FTM would volunteer to open it for you and export it to GEDCOM or some other form you can handle.

I run FTM 16 and FTM 2008 on WinXP sp2 on parallels 3 on Mac OS 10.4.11

on an intel macBook Pro
(Bootcamp may be best avoided unless yoiu have a very specific need)

Virtual box http://www.virtualbox.org would be an alternative to Parallels - and free. Although it remains to be seen what the effect of the Sun takeover will be. The download site has been removed to Sun due to "US export regulations" which sounds a bit ominous.
