Thanks for that. At least I don't need to do it often!!
The process of selecting "Facts to import" doesn't allow you to choke off other items - eg, Source include/exclude is not a selection, and you will find your new file scattered with the date of import - again, you have no option for this.
The one I can't figure is that the Help file contains a page "Facts to export dialog box", which doesn't seem to be connected to anything.
