"invasion of privacy" and demands to be removed.

My rule is to never electronically distribute any information about living
people, unless he/she is a public figure. So, George Bush might be in a
GEDCOM I send out but my niece won't be. This rule would not apply to a
printed genealogy. They are harder to abuse than the net. There are two
bottom lines, you want to try to protect people from abuse but at the same
time, birth dates, mariage dates and even divorce dates are part of the
public record. Is long as you don't inject your opinion about what a louse
your cousin Louis is, he really can't say too much about just publishing his
vital facts.
