If they're not still held by the parish itself (now the combined
parish of St Mary the Great with St Michael), you could try Cambridge
University Library.

Somewhat ambiguously worded - there most certainly is a principal Cambridge
University Library (in addition to the college libraries). It's one of the
six copyright libraries within the UK and Ireland, and thus it ranks amongst
the top libraries in England. It also holds the Diocesan Archives for Ely
(in this particular sense meaning the archives of the bishop, rather than
those of the individual parishes).
