It's doubtful, I would say, that the marriage in 1790 produced a child born in 1813 if that was the only child.
Given that there is a Baptism at the right time for a Jemima with a mother Mary and given the 1851 Census, I would definitely be looking forst of all for a marriage of a Charles Franklin to a Mary about 1810-1813.
