The *created material* does not restrict it to just 'works of art'.

[Well, we could argue over the definition of "art" here.
If a craftsman makes his shoes artfully, but exactly like all the villagers
have done for generations, it is a work af extreme craftmanship, but not
art in the sense of a new artfull creation.]

Despite what EB perhaps writes, I can safely publish what the EB writes
about something, as long as I adapt it to my own words. EB cannot restrict
the use of the information she herself has published.
