Lady/ She looks familiar too, and I'm thinking this is more likely a
postcard/souvenir of something connected with the Royals than it is a
photo of someone connected to me. Our guess is it was taken ca 1870-80.

According to White's Directory of Leeds & the West Riding, 1870, he was at 105 North Street then.

According to the censuses, he was a Hosier and Draper in 1861 and a photographer in 1871. By 1881, he was an artist in Harrogate, so that narrows the time frame down to what you suspect.
