Read the T&Cs before posting your data online. Even better - keep a copy of what you've agreed to just in case the site attempts to alter them later.

The real question is 'what option have you got?' The actual options are accept the T&C as is or as altered subsequently, or don't put the data online.

Got it in one! If you don't like it, don't use it.
