I notice that a Robert and Ann Watts had two children at St Mary Lambeth, in
1811 and 1816. As your Robert named his first child Lavinia Ann, was Lavinia
a second wife?

You need to check the parish burial register for an Ann Watts in 1816, and
the parish registers generally (in case an event has been missed out from
the IGI; and for further details).
