At TNA yesterday only about 50% of the terminals (at most) seemed to
be in use at any one time. No doubt that will rise as word gets
round. The small number of customers was almost exceeded by the
number of TNA staff dressed in blue 1911 t-shirts, offering census
assistance to anyone passing by.
I've spent plenty of time at TNA but never before needed to use the
terminals very seriously. This may change now <g>
What facilities are available for recording results? Printing, obviously.
Are there facilities for electronic recording? The SoG library, for
example, lets you plug in a memory stick as an alternative to printing.
Having to take printouts home and then scan them with consequent loss of
resolution is a poor use of technology!
