Walker's the one I was looking for. Myson's with him on the list for
the Anglia. The list is divided into "wounded and drowned" and
"discharged and drowned". Both men are in the second section. Croshaw
was from the 1/5 Btn according to CWGC.
I've now checked the CWGC database for the Netherlands, and Walker's
the only death listed for 17 Nov 1915.
