From what I can see, articles whose titles are not annotated with a '$'
are completely free to read - without any need to register. [I read some
without registering, anyway!] The rest look as if they have to be paid
for $3.95 for a single article, or $16 for 10 articles - unless you have
a subcription (presumably paid for) for "Home Delivery" or "Times
Reader" - whatever they are.

Just clear your cookies and start over, that's what I do.
Or set them at session only (with an exception for those sites worthwhile to give longer permissions). Each time I restart my computer almost all cookies are gone into oblivion. Tighter security (set to ask permission for each and every cookie) is possible, but almost not workable.
