One surname fits all

I've just found a marriage cert I was looking for - I knew the bride and
groom ad the same surname, but it gets worse:

John MacKay married Georgina MacKay in 1865 in Sutherland
His parents were Campbell MacKay and Christian MacKay
Her parents were MacKay MacKay and Jane MacKay

Spoiling the overall picture, the Minister was a McDonald.
Remember, this is a scottish certificate. It actually specifies "maiden
surname" for the 2 mothers, AND the second cert on the page does show maiden
names that differ from the married ones.
