gave in the Inventory and Oath (written upon a stamp of the
value of One pound, and ten shillings Sterling) and Will
after inserted, desiring that the same might be recorded in
the Sheriff Court Books of said Sheriffdom at Dumfries,
which desire the said Sheriff found reasonable, and ordained
the same to be done accordingly.
