"Test your software before releasing it" would be my reply to that.
There seems to be this odd idea that web pages aren't software. Not
only are they software with data embedded in them, they're
multi-platform software which needs very careful testing to ensure that
it works on all platforms.
The sheer dumbness of the putative matches GR offered combined with
their habit of sending out emails even when they'd nothing to tell me
seemed indicative of their ability to write S/W and a good reason to
part from them very quickly.
Does it also happen that they send out hot matches which exact dates as well
even though they havent accessed your tree on genesreunited. I had
not renewed my membership, which made me wonder. Is it a sales gimmick?
