You seem to be using the term 'home computer' to mean business computer - and
assuming that the early IBM PCs actually worked. Neither is correct. ;-)

BTW the Acorn BBC A/B computers were great as home, education, business,
research and industry machines. I say 'were' with some trepidation as they
appear to continue in use in both research and industry ie where people judge
on results rather than advertising.

But I'm still biased. ;-))
