In two places at once

Maybe this is more common than I imagined, but has anyone ever come
across this before? The same person in seems to be in two different
places in the same census. Either that or there's some extraordinary
coincidence of names going on

RG11/ 2648/ 32/ 5

shows Job Speake, age 64, living with his wife and a couple of
children and grandchildren in Leighton, Shropshire

RG11/ 2654/ 29/ 7

shows Job Speake, age 64, described as the father of the head of the
house, Thomas Pugh, living in Shrewsbury. He would actually be his
father-in-law, since Thomas Pugh married Job Speake's daughter Sarah
in 1875.

In the Leighton entry, his birthplace is given as Rushbury and in the
Shrewsbury entry its given as Church Stretton, but then in every
previous census his birthplace is shown as something different.

Any ideas what might have happened?

Brian
