I am having a try at presenting my family history as a website.
I have collected a number of certificates (B/M/D) and various other
documents that I would like to include in my new website. My Ancestry
subscription has allowed me to download census returns etc.
Are there copyright restrictions on these documents that will prevent me
from including this material on my website please.
Brenda
They following link states that it is against copyright.

I have read on another goverment site which I can't find at the moment
that you are allowed to share (copy) certificates for private family use
(including research). The way to do this on a web site is to have the
certifcates in a restricted members only section of the website that only
verified member of your family [tree] can access.
Oh yes just read section 8d bit about placing on internet, though if placed
in a members only section of the site that you could argue that that is not
'internet' as it is a private access computer system
.
