In a way the sentence is not to difficult, Adam gets three "things". Two pieces of land and a chest. The remainder goes to William's wife. Only the wording used to describe the second acre of land is hard to understand, but maybe can be found on a detailed map of the area?

Seems a house called "Woorple" or a vicar living in that house having "Woorple" as surname. Hopefully someone can enlighten on this.
