Wikipedia (admitidly not the most reliable source) says... "Honor
Blackman
(born 12 December 1927)"


I have now found it- a note in the imdb biography
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000303/bio states her birthdate may in fact be
22nd August 1925 - this would seem to be confirmed by this entry in the
birth indexes:

Honor Blackman, born September quarter 1925 in West Ham district,
mother's maiden name: Stokes
