RE: Alfred Hardy




The only reference that we have to Alfred are that he was named as the
father of Alexander HARDIE on that persons marriage certificate, and that a
newspaper report "Bombay Gazette", 13 March 1894, refers to William Jean
Raymond ..... commander of the Baroda State Forces in the latter half of the
eighteenth century..... whose daughter, Marie, married |Captain Hardy of the
same forces.
