You can't. You have to order from the GRO once you have the index

The GRO Index does not show such a marriage anywhere in England or Wales
in that time period.


If you are new to UK genealogy, try one of the websites with pages for
beginners, such as www.genuki.org.uk. This particular site also contains
links to just about everything else you need to know for starters.

For Welsh ancestry, it's also sometimes worthwhile trying the online index
for "The Cambrian" - the first English-language newspaper to be
published in Wales (1804-1930) http://www2.swansea.gov.uk/_info/cambrian/.
The newspaper was actually Swansea-based, but it included events from many
parts of the principality.

However, it doesn't seem to have helped on this occasion, because the
following couldn't possibly be relevant - could it? ;-)
