So if your son or daughter asks you to look up something in that
dictionary you bought, is it stealing?
Does the dictionary come with a limited use licence that specifies that only
the purchaser may use it?
What makes you imagine that you can arbitrarily decide to use the licence
conditions for one thing to apply to another?
