I spotted the book in the library, and found
Janis (1916), April (1917), June (1919), Julie (1896)
Nova (1835) but I suspect that one may have some astronomical

No date for May.
Augusta, Septimus and Octavia not in the list.

Some of these names also occur before the (date) in the book.
e.g. A birth for an April Ramsbottom in Jun qtr 1838.
(also an Augusta ) and a birth of a Julie Heath in Mar qt 1838.
(haven't checked the rest).

Out of curiousity: what does it say the earliest that Chloe and Marina
appeared?

chloe
From the Late Greek name Khloe, originally used in the classical period as an epithet of the fertility goddess Demeter. It seems to be connected with Chloris. It occurs only fleetingly in the New Testament (1 Corinthians 1: 11), but its use as a given name in the English-speaking world almost certainly derives from this, having been adopted by 17th-century Puritans. It has survived much better than the majority of the minor biblical names taken up in the 17th century.

============================

marina
Italian, Spanish, English, Scottish, and German: from a Late Latin name, a feminine form of the family name Marinus. This was in fact a derivative of Marius, but even during the early centuries AD it was widely assumed to be identical with the Latin adjective marinus “of the sea”. The early saints of this name are all of extremely shaky historical identification. In Scotland the name has been used as an Anglicized form of Màiri, in place of plain Mary, following the pattern of feminine derivatives in -ina (cf. e.g. Angusina and Calumina).
