Re: Problem with Genes Reunited Family Tree



I have been noticing more and more gliches.

I downloaded my tree as a Gedcom from GRU then deleted my tree from the site, then sent a revised one back. All sorts of problems started and they are not all sorted out yet. It does warn you in general terms about doing this. I have unattached relatives.

I re-loaded my tree and whilst anyone else could look at my rellies, I couldn't see anyone except myself. They told me that my personal record became duplicated and had to give them my details so that they could delete one of the duplicates at their end

Maybe they are having problems with the number of records they are trying to manage.

i had an e mail from Genes reunited Support that there is a problem
uploading gedoms to their site

i had another try to upload tonight but no luck

has anyone else had porblems uploading gedoms?
