Possibly it wasn't remembered because it was seen as "shameful" or it
could just be selective memories. Family secrets get blown and
skeletons tumble out of cupboards quite regularly when you get
involved in family history :)) Some families seem to have more than
others too, lucky so n so's ;))

Yes, I've discovered a few short gestation periods. I have omitted the
really shameful aspects about poor Kate's life but she still has some
living grand kids (in their 80's) so I will have to let them pass before
ever sharing these.
