A number of my most interesting family connections came to light in just such a manner, remarks that some may have gone so far as to call facetious bringing forth the most unlikely scraps of information that to me were pure platinum. It is for this reason that I am, dare I admit it or had you perhaps not noticed, inclined on (very) rare occasions to wander just ever so slightly from the straight and narrow 'strictly on topic' path of perceived puritanical righteousness.

Serendipity does indeed produce a good feeling.
