What do you mean, 'deals with'? If you mean can you enter the marriage of first cousins, sure, all of 'em will. (If you're into Egyptology and want to enter sibling marriages, you could do that, too.) Depending on how the package is set up, it might throw up a message telling you that these people are [whatever relationship], but any competent package should allow you to do it.
