Anyone have any idea of why a marriage in 1915 should appear three times in success on the index?
St Columb Dec 1915
King, Louie - Francis - 5c - 207
King, Louie - Francis - 5c - 207
King, Louie - Francis - 5c - 207
the first one might have been a typo "Lonie" but that does not explain the other two.
The first one is definitely "Lonie", but the other two appear to be
identical.
I've come across this myself on a couple of occasions, but as with your
example they weren't for someone I was researching.
Possibly these cases are due to the fact that the indexing of marriages
is a more complex process, thus creating a greater chance of an
inadvertent duplication?
