If she was a member of the parish church, the chances are that she would
have been hauled in to account for herself - I have found several errant
fathers that way. The actual entry of the baptism in the OPR might
(depending on the Minister) also shed light. However, she might have escaped
the Elders' notice, or have been of another denomination. You won't know
unless you look. HOWEVER, survival of Session Minutes is patchy (eg the
surviving Whitsome ones only start in the 1830s) so it might be worth
checking the NAS catalogue beforehand. Cross-parish f*rnication was often
handled at the Presbytry level rather than the Session, especially where
responsibility was disputed....
