This is crackin me up...there are a lot more websites offering online access
to this group than Google, Deja, roots and Genealogy Newsgroups. Does
Google need your permission to post your messages? :) I don't think so.

I've been in this industry for a long time. All these newsgroups are public
domain. No one "ownes" public newsgroups. It doesn't matter if you post
from roots web, google, outlook express or this Genealogy Newsgroups
website. If you don't want your messages posted accross the world then go
to a private forum or don't post on usenet period.
