RE: problems with LDS website

I had that problem a couple of times - the only solution was to close down
IE, empty the cache and start over, being sure to download less than the
full 50 names. I found that by trial and error eventually I could download
all the names I wanted but I had to make sure that I personally renamed the
files, because the LDS program wanted to give them the same name.

Not sure why it happens, - I download from the lds so rarely, it wasn't
worth me trying to figure out why it happened.

I did my search, got 200+ results, selected 50 to download, then I got the
error message. Now I get the same message when I even try to get into the
site.

I've also posted the query to soc.genealogy.computing, but hope you don't
mind me asking the same question here, because I know you guys are experts
with the site.
Cheers,
Mike
