Zimbabwe: Zimbabwean Solidarity March Held

HUNDREDS of Zanu-PF supporters yesterday marched in the streets of
Chiredzi in solidarity with Government's crackdown on prices.

ZBC News reported yesterday that the ruling party supporters, who
included war veterans, commended the Government and President
Mugabe's
tough stance against businesses bent on profiteering.

They marched from Chitsanga Hall in Tshovani Township to the town
centre where they were addressed by Chiredzi district administrator
Cde Nicholas Shumba.

Cde Shumba said the recent spate of price increases was being spurred
by enemies of the State who were bent on bringing down the Government
using prices to incite people to revolt. -- HR.
