Ba'c Pooh ma` ddi ho?i thi` co`n ai tra? lo+`i ddu+o+.c nu+?a. Every
USB device need its own drivers. However, WinXP has most of popular
USB drivers including iPod driver. I plugged in my iPod to my VAIO
TR2 without any problem. So I think the problem is not at the VAIO
USB chip softwarewise. So it must be the hardware problem. So here
are some troubleshooting tips for bac Pooh?
- Have you tried your iPod on other computers' USB?
- Have you tried your iPod on the VAIO other USB ports?
- Have you tried different USB cable?
- Have you tried to provide the VAIO with the USB driver when asked?
- Have you looked at device manager to see anything wrong with the USB
port such as a yellow question mark on the USB port in the device
manager list?

If you have tried it all and it still doesn't work, then this relates
to hardware problem. Hardware problem does not mean the iPod hardware
or the computer USB hardware bad; it just means it has problem with
marginality of two USB devices.
