It's easy to post a photo. Just upload your image to a website, then
provide a link to it. One of the websites is
http://www.imageshack.us/. After you upload, it shows you several
links. You simply choose an appropriate link (pick the link at the
bottom of the page, which is labeled "Direct link to image"), then cut
and paste it into your post.
