Hello Sorrow. Hello Hate.
I’d like to say it’s been great, but no amount of rhyme can ease the
presence of having you here in my life.
Come on in, I invited you anyway.
Have you seen Peace lately?
I hear he is feeling down.
Is he still hanging out with Harmony?
How could he think he could ever be?
Look at War over there, always in the spotlight.
Does it ever seem right?
Look at Death, always nearby, just tagging along for the ride.
I hear we gave up on Integrity and Compassion.
It’s a shame they never got off the ground, because a great deal of
good came from those two.
I saw Violence the other day, hanging out with Anger and Misery.
Talk about a tag team.
Hope just walked in looking as bleak as ever.
I didn’t think they let his kind in here.
Talk about a work in progress.
The good heart club is just down the road buddy.
I wish I could be there.
