I am a person mistreated by Bush Administration without
even a communication what would have addressed the grievance by Bush
for me to:

I have achieved all that the mission by LM references and am living
without a cent of renumeration for 1 year now and without any prospect
while “illiterate” ( sorry) Bushes family members occupy my satellite
captured devoice and prevent any contact with my family for over 1
year now; arrange multiple tortures of me. Others, communicated
similar problems with them.
Mr. (President) Bush personally attends to me via laser and rays
emission from his van if
he suspects that I communicate with fellow scientists or make field
observations
HE HAS TRAVELED TO GERNAMY AND ENGLAND ONLY
TO STOP THEIR UNIVERSITY SATELITE LINKS NOT TO COMMUNICATE
WITH ME. He also fantasized that I have discoed with my associates
a secret of life and he wants to get it in this form of attacks on me.
/He has never spoken directly with me except for thereat to use the
gun on me,
however not specified the circumstance for it./
I NEED A SETTING , A UNIVERSITY TO WORK AT MY SCIENTIFIC
DEVELOPMENT. I AM A HOLDER AND THE DEVELOPING SCIENTIST
OF TJHE COMPLETELY NEW EPISTEMILOGICAL THEORY, MODEL
AND THE PRACTICE, THAT AS IT SHOWS INSTANTLY AHELPS AND
OR ADVANCES SINGLE SCIENCES PROBLEM SOLVING.

GOING TO GET IT JUST TORTURING ME VIA LASERS AND NOT ALLOWING TO
ANY UNIVERSITY. NOR BY ASKING MARYLAND UNIVERSITY TO OVERTAKE
MORE OF MY SCIUENCE.
SCIENTISTS WORK FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OIF CIVILIZATION AND DO NOT
HIDE THE RESULTS - THEY PRAUDLY SHARE IT ( FOR THE PART THAT NATIONAL
SECURITY MIGHT WANT TO ONE TIME LEARN INFERENCES FROM MY THEORY,

I have discovred very late that our President has major social
deficit( empathy deficit if not open criminality) -
he does not relate to the above at all beyond wanting the life secvret
under the gun while himself
not an academic reseacher and not expected to grasp my school once i
stratr opening it for teachiing.
It is noty a one world, one relationship one class, one experinment
only that hold the life creating secret.
I have not pronouced that i have discovered it either. CAN SCIENTIST
REASONS WITH PRESIDENT
BUSH - IT IS A BIG PROBLEM AT THIS TIME NOT ONLY FOR ME AND MY SONS
AND ASSOCIATES.
There is something deciving in president's presentation. Other people
during election would have
addressed the problem, yet that problem was not self evident. It is
now at least in a way he want to achieve excellence in sciences. Many
people suffer due to his policy on science. Reportedly, scientists and
scholars are tortured n=by MR Bush personally.; some are kidnapped. he
wants results often not having any frame of reference to understand
the results.
Satellite tortures are not a channel for science communication.
This is BOTH UNETGHICAL AND ILLEGAL TO USE PARTTIAL OUIRT OF
CONTEXT SCIENCE RESULTS WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THEM.
Every scientist observes code ( however might be implicit) open the
objectivity
of research and findings without which science will cease to exist
and / or
becomes the raw war territory.
Why his cabinet members, that must have at least come across the
mission of getting
science results by laser torture do not impress upon the president
that this is illegal
and depletes the image of the Presidency, and has negative impact of
the society
in more than science area.
I am right now attacked by lasers, but not a day went by without any
protest from
me that Mr Bush and his designees were not obfuscating my daily
activities
and isolating me from my family and work settings.
There is no other instance over the president thus I do not have other
viable appeal against this irrational treatment than this line. Today
the library catalog was closed and other restrictions imposed on the
publiclibrary against the essence of out understanding of human
liberty ( not only for me)
I am also appalled that the member she assigns security line to hold
over me are not
understanding immediate reality. I am very concerned about it - it
appears that they
do not even have high school education. They should not hold satellite
lines as there
are more demanding assessments needed and or misused by them.
There was a disturbing news back than that some of the referenced
problem
took place on 911. I was not in any direct communication on satellite
with anyone than.
I might have my computers lines at work and at home hacked by nobody
identifies
self than on my lines ( unlike now).
I am bringing this to public attention as this is so wrong and might
even endanger
satellite and science related other communications, if Mr Bush
misunderstands my communications. I am 5 years now hostage of this
situation ( my work was just to unblock his year but still did not).
THERE IS NO RATIONAL REASON FOR THIS BLOCK ( apropos there is a Bush
family Book “ Crime of Reason on the market as a manipulative mean of
twisting the law)
I do not have any due process of any my appeals to the mistreatments
that lock me to the situation that I do not access to anything. I
have not committed any offence. I am not served a reason for this
imprisonment in public view. /There are other victims too/
I do not have one cent of renumention ( money) for the public service
and education I am doing while waiting for my offices to re-open for
all year ( hear me - I can not buy necessities, i do not have glasses,
I can not send a letter or call anywhere) > Please help me and my sons
against this barbaric treatment that is also so irrational that might
cause other than injury to us complications. People from abroad ,
please notice that the cash money in USA is available in small amount
to prisoners and communication with family is permitted by legal
mandate ( not the other way around). I am not a prisoner. Nothing is
served on me that I were to even be under any legal constrain. I am
suspecting of some “behind my back” but in USA without service on the
person such fabrication are not having a legal value; only I could sue
for slander. I do not know what the slander is but van elicit that
such exists. That is not the way to interact. If I were guilty of
anything I would have gone to Court. If I were to be guilty of
anything, the science communications that President Bush imagines are
still completely distorted and it is
Dangerous to render it to him – he would have to first show the
competence in the area discipline to understand and place the
information in context that would allow proper application. That was
not observed and is hard to question President. First of all I nee the
keys to my office to continue any science exchange with any family
member of president Bush. That is perhaps self explanatory.
