The bottom line to why Obama won the nomination:
Had Clinton been a little more aggressive in the stance against Bush
policy with respect to Iran and Iraq, perhaps it would be her winning

win in November..
In fact, it is Hillary's hawkish nature which makes some of us
reluctant to accept her as VP nominee.
Apparently too many in US are fed up with being spoon fed corporate
spin and lies.
The Bush administration enhanced the ability of corporations to lie
for financial profit while enhancing also the sanctioning of those who
would tell secrets and the truth by exposing corporate selfishness and
deceit.
The "war" in Iraq achieved the vote of support and funding because
lies and false statements, i.e. deceit, was used in order to
inititiate the war in Iraq, just as deceit is currently being used to
ask for military action against Iran.
The writing is on the wall and an end is seen to the US occupation of
Iraq.
Unfortunately, the major problem still resides in the White House as
he makes war contingency plans this very day with Israel against Iran.
From the opposition's point of view, they have one last chance to take
action against Iran.
The opposition is also opposed to diplomacy with Iran even though
human religion would suggest that diplomacy is preferred to the use of
military force.
McCain wishes to use as his trump card his tough stance against Iran
and Cuba. As a servant of Christ I find this to be a major weakness
and Obama can take advantage of ths weakness if applied effectively to
secure the election in November.
Take my advice on this, for what it is worth.
McCain is born and bred in a military family. He is in fact a fossil
of the 20th century and a reminder of the dark days of the 20th
century which was characterized above all by dreadful world wars and
the advent of terrible weapons of mass destruction.
Ths new age has new challenges and the old ways of the past must be
left to die gracefully as we bring in a newer generation and a new
style of leadership.
With respect to Obama's ability to introduce economic stimulus, there
will be no shortage of good advisors who will gladly volunteer to be
able to make good solid suggestions, and most important of all, these
advisors know Obama will listen and not force his own hair brained
ideas on the population instead.
The currrent adminstration seems to disregard good advice in preferene
to private prejudice.
I really have not heard anything spectacular from the lips of McCain,
and frankly I believe he lacks the necessary imagination to tackle new
problems effectively, and this is a very important PERCEPTION, in a
country where apparently the truth means very little, perception and
image are all important..
True this is hypocrisy but televison entertains and thrives on
hypocrisy. The truth is not as entertaining and is usually depressing
with no one wanting to hear or watch.

After reading some of Obamas writings and his pretending of not
knowing what has been going on in a church he has been a member of for
20 plus years. Then talks about socializng programs so everybody can
pay outragous tax's. Every country that has tryed socialism has
failed. Russia's attempt at it favored the very rich and the elite in
the government,as for the people that did all the work, they got dumped
on. Obama says he is going to bring jobs back to the U.S. but he has
been courting some latin american country's with the idea of another
free trade act for them. That means more buisinesses will leave and
more people here will be out of work. Finaly his unpatriotic manner is
definitely not fitting of a person that wants to run the United
States. There are so many other much more
qualified, intelligent, experienced afro-americans that should have been
looked at and picked instead of a rookie senator that spent the last
whole year flying around the country promoting his books and other
useless junkets at tax payers expence. Signed one bill in a year which
was for some african relief aid and has missed more senate meetings
than any other senator in the senate.
