The word "psychotic" is not a legal term. It has been used so much for so many
different things, it has no meaning anymore.
If you are talking about a criminal, someone who likes violence and thinks it's
okay to break the law. Well then, the American govt should learn to teach
people what the law is, when they come in for counseling.
Further proof that the American psychology field is wacky and doesn't work, is
how some people try to pay psychiatrists to help them escape jail time when
they commit a crime. In reality all people must be held fully accountable for
the crimes they commit.
Few people listen to the wacky athiest theories of the capitalist American
field anymore.
